What students love

Guruji, you sang Kishore Kumar's song in such a way that if he were alive, he would feel most proud. You've taken the song to another level. My humble regards.

Lot of love for this song and hats off to the brother who's getting a Guruji like Pt. Ajay Chakraborty. Lots of respect for him.

What a sweet, devotional arrangement. It's one of the best things to experience in these times.

What could be better

If this was the only version of the song, it would not be remembered. That’s what makes Kishore Kumar so awesome. This is a nice effort but the original gives me goosebumps.

Neither I am a connoisseur nor a classicist, but all I can say is that the original version is way better.

Your website sudarshanmusic doesn't work. It never loads.

I studied at Shrutinandan for 10 years. It's an 'old-fashioned' place where students who flatter 'Guruma' the most progress, while true musical evaluation is lacking.

Many talented students leave because they don't flatter. Guruji and Guruma say 'we kicked them out.' Guruma even interferes in students' personal lives.

With all due respect to Pandit ji, not all songs are meant to showcase classical combinations. The original rendition of this song is about emotion, which gets compromised.

Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty has somewhat damaged the song nastily.
