“Great product but definitely not a fan of this trend to 'pay extra' on a Business class ticket for seat selection + whatever other nonsense the airlines want to make 'extra' nowadays.”

“I don’t get Swiss and Lufthansa obsession with so many business class seat variations. Very confusing for the customer, but for the carrier it makes economical sense. Lufthansa charges up to €600 for some preferred business seats.”

“Problem is the time it will take for American to roll these planes out. I am stuck on a Dallas to Tokyo on a 777-200 in May which they typically change the seating arrangement a few days before, which is a total scam.”

“I flew WS Calgary to Incheon in business last year. The price was very good, but I thought the rest of the experience was pretty sub-standard. Food was not good, drink selection shocking.”

“My husband and I were very disappointed at BC seats. The seats' cushions were worn out and bumpy. The footwell was narrow, even for me as a petite woman. When putting the seat to a flat position, it would get too low.”
