Subject test in my opinion is always better as it covers most important topics for a given subject as it is curated by faculty! Happy learning!

Yes, interns are eligible for UPSC CMS. For prep strategy, I will make a video on it if enough students are interested.

You can start with Anki right now. It will help you a lot by the time NEET comes as you will definitely cover almost everything. So it's never too late to start Anki.

Been there, it means you are familiar with the topic but do not remember it thoroughly. It will keep getting better with the number of revisions.

It's not a bad idea, but you should have some way or plan to cover the majority of topics, which is a bit difficult with retrograde revision. Apart from that, you can definitely go for it.
