What could be better

Brother, how long has it been since you joined? I don't see any increment in your salary, increments are given twice a year for central government employees.

Chandigarh follows Punjab's pay commission rules, so why are you following central government rules?

The salary is very low for Chandigarh standards.

But brother, according to the notification, only OBCs from Chandigarh Territory will be counted this time. Other state OBCs will have to apply from the General category.
