Triky point: For any reason, if ULIP is taxable, it will be taxable under the Capital Gains head.

Capital Gains: Reverse Mortgage - transfer of asset not taxable, but gain taxable when bank sells. Slum Sale - depreciation based on WDV as per IT Act.

Section 54 (Residential House): You can invest in up to two houses if the gain is up to ₹2 crore. Two adjacent flats can be considered one house.
