Evaluation breakdown

Teaching Quality2.0
One student found Chemistry NSQ helpful.
Lack of NCERT, PYQ, direct theories, and derivations.
Material was too numerical/conceptual and did not align with exam needs.
Students reported poor exam performance ('Nothing came, bhai', 'paper was very bad', 'dream percentage won't be achieved').
Teacher's Experience2.5
The teacher provides 'NSQ' which some students find helpful, suggesting some level of expertise in problem-solving.
The teaching material and focus (too numerical/conceptual, missing derivations/theories, not aligned with NCERT/PYQ) indicate a potential disconnect with actual board exam requirements.
Study Material1.5
One student found 'Chemistry NSQ were helpful'.
Many students request NSQ, indicating a perceived value if provided.
Major complaints about the absence of NCERT, PYQ, direct theories, and derivations.
Material was described as 'everything was numerical' or 'hard conceptual questions', implying a lack of balanced coverage.
Doubt Support2.0
The comment 'where did you go, leaving us halfway?' strongly suggests a lack of consistent support or abandonment, which would include doubt resolution.
Tests & Practice2.0
The provision of 'NSQ' (New Syllabus Questions/Numerical Solved Questions) implies some form of practice material.
Students complain that the practice material did not cover the breadth of the exam (no derivations, theories, NCERT, PYQ).
Practice material was too focused on numerical/conceptual problems, leading to poor exam performance.
Flexibility1.5
The complaint 'where did you go, leaving us halfway?' indicates a severe lack of commitment and flexibility.
The rigid focus on numerical/conceptual problems also shows a lack of flexibility in teaching approach.
Fees vs Value2.0
The motivational aspect and the perceived value of NSQ (if provided consistently) could offer some intangible benefits.
Students explicitly state 'Nothing came, bhai' and 'My dream percentage won't be achieved', indicating that the preparation provided did not translate into desired exam outcomes, thus offering poor value.
Teacher Personality4.0
The highly liked motivational comment shows the teacher is encouraging, positive, and connects well with students on an emotional level.
Students refer to him as 'Bhaiyya' or 'Bro', indicating a friendly, approachable demeanor.
The act of 'leaving us halfway' contradicts the positive personality, showing a lack of reliability despite the friendly facade.

Top Strengths

1. Motivational and encouraging personality

2. Ability to connect with students on a personal level (friendly demeanor)

3. Provision of specific problem-solving resources (NSQ), which some students find helpful (when available)

Areas to Improve

1. Comprehensive coverage of syllabus (include NCERT, PYQ, theories, derivations)

2. Consistency and commitment to students (avoid 'leaving halfway')

3. Alignment of teaching material with actual exam patterns and requirements

What could be better

But there were no NCERT, PYQ, or direct theories, nor any derivations. From MCQs to 5-mark questions, including case studies, everything was numerical.

Bhai, where did you go, leaving us halfway? Who will tell us about chemistry?

Bhai, my physics set 2 was from Ramgarh, and it had no derivations or definitions, just hard conceptual questions. I could only correctly do 22 marks. My dream percentage won't be achieved.

Nothing came, bhai.
