“Exactly, I was at the exam center that day, there was a lot of mismanagement. Papers weren't given for an hour, students said the paper leaked and came out. No invigilator could stop them, and they didn't let other students take the exam either, which is right. But there was so much mismanagement (I've never seen it in any exam). I will not spend my money again to visit Bihar for re-examination. Governments don't value our time and money, not only in Bihar but wherever papers are.”
