What students love

I love the idea of the tyrants series having many parts in the future, particularly for gruesome stories that might be hard on animators to illustrate. What a great way to be kind to people while still telling these stories!

The fact that a creepy Victorian prankster breathing fire through an alcohol sponge eventually evolved into the direct inspiration for Batman is absolutely wild. Great episode!

I appreciate the nuance on this. As someone who visits the zoo once a month, I've had conversations with people who really do love and care about animals, wanting to know more about them. I think it's an important place.

I’ve loved the tyrants soooo much, probably my favorite EH series in my 7 years of watching!

This Extra History documentary on Saladin and the Third Crusade is an absolute masterpiece of historical storytelling! I was especially impressed by the nuanced portrayal of Saladin.

The move to reform the zoos started just before I was around so I've gotten to watch them get better and better across my life. I hope the second and third worlds catch up.

Hey guys can I just say how much I love your channel. Your channel has made me grow my love for history and has expanded my understanding of the world so much. Please keep going and working and making these videos.

Spring heeled jack is one of my favourite historical legends.

Very informative and detailed ❤️

What could be better

0:10 Whoever made this introduction is mixing people up and made a huge mistake here. Felipe Guaman Poma wasn’t a mestizo, much less the son of a translator.

6:46 "Covent" not "Convent"

Saying the British opened the first zoo is very ignorant, the video is not about European history, but mainly British and is ignoring the rest of Europe. Like not mentioning the real first zoo in Vienna.

Fake history slop. Everyone knows zoos were invented by Sun Tzu.

Please don't F-up this channel.
