Top Strengths

1. Ability to facilitate discussions

2. Perceived knowledge on the DNB/MD/MS topic

3. Positive and engaging personality

Areas to Improve

1. Addressing major student concerns and criticisms regarding the DNB system (e.g., duty hours, perceived inequality)

2. Improving accessibility, particularly through language options

3. Providing a more balanced or comprehensive analysis that effectively counters strong negative perceptions of DNB

What students love

First to change is the perception in public domain that DNB is not equal to MD/MS. Each has its own advantages. End of the day specialization and skill matters.

This year DNB And MD counseling jointly occurred. Good shift towards DNB occurred. (Dnb Medicine was taken at 700&1200 rank and in radio DNB is preferred than MD). DNB happened to be a blessing for general candidate as Modi increase the reservation to 65percent.

But why topper neet pg students are not opting DNB first

What could be better

my wife is university topper in MS opthal.....she just scored 15 marks more than what was required for passing in dnb, and she said that practicals were objective and tough as compared to the lollypop MD exam..

Very true sir, because if we talk about medical College with md ms degree, college like kgmc fails it's students intentionally in mbbs and md ms exams. I have seen a very intelligent and deserving candidate failed because of internal faculty. There are some people in administration in kgmc who fail some students who are from other state, caste etc

there is no duty hours mentioned in dnb....Pg doctors are working 24 hour duty and 12 to 16 HOURS of duty per day..I think this is not fair ...how can they get time for passing dnb and other study needs...so sad ...

If DNB is equal to MD then why they have different names? In cricket, DNB stands for Did Not Bat. Is there any other name for law degree LLB ?? No other country in world has 2 different types of degrees for same specialized training.

I know of students passing dnb and frcs exams because of the cult of the institutes owner

In many colleges there will be no professors or teaching faculty for MD/MS. Many places teaching faculty are moving to private practice. In some places there will be shortage of staffs. Overall some institutes are run by Post graduates in MD/Ms courses.

I Pass my md exam because They Didn’t want me more in that institution 4:50 😂😂
