Evaluation breakdown

Teaching Quality3.5
Students actively request specific content (strategy, job profiles, subject-specific guidance), implying they value his insights and want to learn from him.
Absence of negative comments suggests a baseline satisfaction with existing content.
No direct comments explicitly praising the clarity, methodology, or effectiveness of his teaching style, mostly requests for *what* to teach.
Teacher's Experience4.5
Students perceive him as having direct, relevant experience in the railway sector (e.g., 'posted in Jhansi workshop').
Students trust him for career guidance, job profile insights (DMS, RRB Group D), and exam cutoff predictions.
Students inquire about his background in specific subjects ('computer and basic environment and pollution control from where?'), highlighting his perceived expertise.
Study Material3.0
Students are requesting specific content like strategy videos, detailed subject explanations (Diesel Mechanic), and job profile breakdowns, indicating a belief that he can provide valuable material.
Most comments are *requests* for new or expanded material, rather than direct praise for the quality or comprehensiveness of existing study materials.
Potential gaps exist in current offerings given the nature of student requests.
Doubt Support3.0
Students actively ask direct, personalized questions about selection chances, career advice, and specific subject queries, indicating trust in his guidance for doubt resolution.
The comments are questions, not affirmations of existing, effective doubt support mechanisms.
There is no evidence within the comments of the teacher actually replying or providing explicit support.
Tests & Practice2.5
There are no comments or mentions regarding the provision of tests, quizzes, practice questions, or mock exams.
Flexibility3.5
Students feel comfortable and are actively suggesting new video topics and content ideas, implying the teacher is perceived as open to student input and responsive to their needs.
No direct evidence is provided that the teacher has actually implemented these suggestions or demonstrates flexibility in his teaching approach.
Fees vs Value3.5
The high level of student engagement and consistent requests for more content imply that students find significant value in what the teacher currently offers, even if it's free content (vlogs).
There is no explicit mention of fees or direct evaluation of value for money in the comments.
Teacher Personality4.5

What students love

I also joined as DMS through RRB JE 2024. Currently doing training in Lucknow division. Guys, if you want to know the actual job profile of DMS and its comparison with other departments, like my comment.

Bro, please keep in touch with me. I joined as DMS through RRB JE 2024 and trust me, I'm currently doing training and it's like a vacation, no load at all. It's not just about the govt job, it's about everything that surrounds it. Do analysis before preparing and choosing departments.

Sir, if a group member under you isn't listening, how do you handle them? Please make a video on this, what action should be taken? What do you do in such situations? Please reply.

Sir, you are posted in the Jhansi workshop, right? I pass by here daily. I have 50 marks, SC category, Mumbai zone. Will I get selected?

You have done computer and basic environment and pollution control from where?

Sir, please make a strategy video.

Sir, please tell us about Diesel Mechanic for ALP CBT 2.

Sir, what kind of work does RRB Group D do in a loco shed diesel?

I don't think the cutoff will go that high. 60+ raw marks are enough for reserved categories. For UR, it may be around 63 raw marks.

Kolkata, UR, 64.37, Electronics, 4th highest shift. After normalization from Rank Mitra, score is 69.47. Should I start CBT 2?
