Evaluation breakdown

Teaching Quality4.0
Classes are very helpful
Provides valuable information
Contributed to student selection in WBHRB Grade 2
Requests for more specific content (GNM, OBS practical, OT questions) suggest current coverage might not be fully comprehensive for all niche areas
Teacher's Experience4.5
Students seek her expertise for career guidance (PBBSc qualification process, interview questions)
Long-term followers (since GNM 1st year) indicate sustained relevance and trust in her knowledge
Study Material3.5
Provides valuable information through videos and classes
Students eagerly await her videos
Videos are helpful for specific queries (e.g., PBBSc qualification)
Frequent requests for more specific videos/content (more for GNM, 'Why nursing?' video, OBS practical, OT questions) suggest current material, while good, may not be exhaustive for all student needs
Doubt Support4.0
Students directly ask for help and guidance on complex administrative processes and interview strategies, indicating trust in her ability to provide support
Her videos are sought out for clarifying specific queries
No explicit comments on direct Q&A sessions or personalized doubt-clearing mechanisms, with requests primarily for video content addressing doubts
Tests & Practice3.5
Students seek her guidance for interview preparation ('Why did you choose nursing as a profession?' and how to answer it well)
One student's success in WBHRB Grade 2 suggests effective preparation strategies
A negative comment about 'bias in the interview' and different question patterns suggests her preparation might not fully address the nuances or perceived unfairness of the actual interview process
Flexibility4.0
The use of a 'channel' and 'videos' implies content is available on-demand, allowing students to learn at their own pace and convenience
No specific comments about other flexible learning options like varied scheduling or personalized learning paths
Fees vs Value4.5
One student achieved selection in WBHRB Grade 2 after following her 'valuable information', indicating a high return on investment
Numerous 'thank you' comments imply high satisfaction and perceived value, likely from free or low-cost channel content
A vague negative comment about 'nonsensical things' and low marks could imply poor value, but this is heavily outweighed by positive outcomes and general appreciation
Teacher Personality4.5
Numerous 'Thank you, Ma'am' comments
Students 'wait for your videos' and make 'humble requests' for more content, indicating a respectful and positive relationship
Perceived as helpful and approachable

3. Further tailor study material to address diverse and specific student needs

What students love

Following your channel and valuable information since I was in GNM 1st year. Now I got selected in WBHRB Grade 2, UR rank 49. Thank you for everything, Ma'am.

Mam, your classes are very helpful. It's a humble request, please bring more for GNM students.

Good afternoon, Ma'am. I completed my PBBSc from Bangalore and have my WBNC certificate. What is the next process to add PBBSc as an additional qualification? What documents are needed? I searched a lot and found your video. Please help me, Ma'am.

Thank you so much, Ma'am.

Thank you, Ma'am.

Always. We wait for your videos, Ma'am.

Thank you, Ma'am.

Mam, please make a video on 'Why did you choose nursing as a profession?' and how to answer it well. That would be very helpful.

Mam, GNM has OBS as a major subject. If you could make a video on practical or situation-based questions from here, it would be very helpful. Please.

Mam, I am from Burdwan NTS, 20-23 batch. I was an OT staff in a private nursing home. Please discuss OT-related questions.

What could be better

There is bias in the interview. Those with teaching experience are asked one pattern of questions, and those with ward experience are asked another pattern.

All these nonsensical things are said, and those who passed from outside still only got 4-5 marks.

Ma'am, I don't understand on what basis they called for the BSc interview. It doesn't seem to be according to registration.

No one should ever make the mistake of doing GNM.

I can't understand this at all: Is the interview based on normalization marks or on the marks obtained after the exam? If it's based on exam marks, what's the point of normalization later if someone couldn't even attend the interview?
