Evaluation breakdown

Teaching Quality4.0
professional-level teaching!
great breakdown of advanced analytics concepts
compact and informative video
perfect refresher
whole lot of talking and presentation but very little coverage of using the actual Power BI application.
Too much theory.
repetitive and endless time-consuming pompous bullshit talks that lead to death by boredom.
Teacher's Experience4.0
Collecting 30 hours of video and putting it in one place is quite a difficult task. Thanks a lot for the effort.
professional-level teaching!
great breakdown of advanced analytics concepts
53:46 correctly states it's not possible to call a private member of a class inside an extension function, but shows it as an example a couple of minutes earlier 51:37.
I think the result of the example for 'associate' at 1:46:00 is off by one.

operator overloading part! It's very useful for numerical objects, such as vectors, and engineering calculations.
very little coverage of using the actual Power BI application.
Too much theory. I would say this is good for someone with no experience but it's definitely not hands-on.

Top Strengths

1. Comprehensive and informative content (e.g., 30 hours of video, 'gem' channel)

2. Professional-level teaching and breakdown of complex concepts

3. High perceived value and helpfulness ('life saver')

Areas to Improve

1. Incorporate more hands-on practice and application exercises

2. Reduce verbosity and theoretical overload for conciseness

3. Address minor factual inaccuracies in examples

What students love

Collecting 30 hours of video and putting it in one place is quite a difficult task. Thanks a lot for the effort.

I really like the operator overloading part! It's very useful for numerical objects, such as vectors, and engineering calculations.

THANK YOU. I will study every video on your channel, please don't take them down.

This is professional-level teaching!

This video is the perfect refresher I needed after learning Kotlin many years ago. Such an awesome programming language.

Thank you for this compact and informative video. It helped me a lot quick starting Kotlin. Great job!

What could be better

I'm 7.5 hours into this video course and there's a whole lot of talking and presentation but very little coverage of using the actual Power BI application.

53:46 correctly states it's not possible to call a private member of a class inside an extension function, but shows it as an example a couple of minutes earlier 51:37. This is because 'length' in String is public.

I think the result of the example for 'associate' at 1:46:00 is off by one. Either 'a' + 1 == b and 10 * 1 == 10, or 'a' + 0 == a and 10 * 0 == 0.

Too much theory. I would say this is good for someone with no experience but it's definitely not hands-on.

It's alarming that training doesn't convey knowledge but only huge volume of time charged for listening repetitive and endless time-consuming pompous bullshit talks that lead to death by boredom.
