“I’m a nurse working with patients and I see many people scared of TB because they don’t understand what it actually feels like. TB doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it starts with just tiredness, night sweats, and a cough you keep ignoring because you think it’s flu. If you’re watching this quietly and worrying, you’re not crazy. Please go test. TB is treatable and people do recover.”

“That was well explained, Sir. Something funny to mention @2:54 (pathophysiology section): You mentioned the release of RANK-L from synoviocytes/T-Cells. Though we always learned that RANK-L is only present on Osteoblasts and they're the only ones to mitigate such interaction with Osteoclasts. But hey, medicine has the tendency to change its mind every now and then.”

“Wonderful work as usual.”
“Great breakdown! Topical steroid potency is so often misunderstood. Misusing high potency creams on sensitive areas like the face can really cause long-term skin damage. Thanks for spreading awareness.”
“More of these.”
What could be better
“It's crazy that a 'family doctor' is also an expert in dentistry, nephrology, neurology, dermatology, and especially psychology and psychiatry. It's almost like maybe this person isn't a Western or regulated 'doctor' at all.”
“Doctors = polluting chemical wholesalers. Shut your mouth.”
“Maybe if there are too many of them, then they will just wander around on the train. (Bengali comment, implying confusion or a dismissive attitude towards the content)”
