What could be better

I am getting good score compared to some students, still not selected in NCBS, but my roll number is in the IISER Pune list. I am confused what is happening here. I just lost hope that I am not even qualified on that day, still my name. I feel more discouraged that I can't make it in NCBS.

My name is there on the NCBS website, in the shortlisted list, but I didn't receive any mail for a referee form or such, only a mail asking me to fill some additional info for my application. After that, I got no mail, and now when I'm mailing them and asking, they are saying they’ve received my referee form and application, but I didn't send them any. Is this a glitch on their part or mine? Please tell me what to do now.

Help, how to edit the application form. When I open it, it says 'This is an older file format, to make changes make a copy of the file in new format'. Then when I saved a copy and try to edit, the edit option is either unavailable or says 'selection is invalid' when I try to edit.

Hii, my professor filled the recommendation letter without attaching a PDF at the end. I got the mail that he has submitted the form, but isn't that a problem or would that decrease my chances? Please help. Should I write to NCBS to send the link again? He said he just filled those boxes but did not attach a letter at the end.

The problem I'm facing is I'm from a tier 3 private college. I don't have any experience in projects, training, or internships. I was an average student in school too, did not have any extracurricular activity. Although I have qualified TIFR, I don't have much to write in the application form. I'm seeing no hope in getting a call.
