What students love

This is the difference a professional approach makes in studying. I've seen interviews of most selected candidates, but they only talk about 'read this, read that,' which is very basic. But both Sir and Akash Sir's approach is next level. Hats off to my Guru!

The Constitution is not just a collection of articles but the basis of a living political process. This lecture helped us understand who interprets the Constitution when it is silent: Parliament, Judiciary, or Constitutional Morality?

Sir, Article 142 states that the Supreme Court can pass any order to provide complete justice. Where constitutional or legal provisions are unclear, the Supreme Court's judgment will be complete justice. The Supreme Court also has the right to interpret the Constitution, so it should have the final say when the Constitution is silent.

When the Constitution is silent, constitutional morality becomes important. Where the Constitution is silent, the potential for misuse increases. Instead of exploiting loopholes, we should focus on the aspirations of the Constitution makers. This is constitutional morality.

What could be better

Sir taught polity at Khan Global Study just like a worker who wants to leave after finishing his shift. My poor experience with polity with this teacher.

At Khan Global Studies, the polity batch started on April 28, 2025. You took 28 lectures and said you had personal work and would return in 1-2 months to complete the course. It's been a year, and the course is still incomplete, Sir.
