What could be better

“Sir, I filled out the BSEB improvement form after watching your video. My result is exactly like the previous one. I gave PCM exams, but was absent for English/Hindi. I need to give JEE. I worked hard for boards and expected good marks. Why did this happen? Is there a system fault or will I get the correct improvement marksheet?”
